For Binh Dinh, I don't think it will be difficult to find a school or information about it if you go directly to the province. It's something like their provincial trade-mark in Vietnam. Here's a website (http://www.baobinhdinh.com.vn/642/) but it's in Vietnamese, don't know if it's any help to you though :). I happen to know a master of the style from Hue here in Toronto, comparing to Vovinam I must say the techniques are more effective and geared towards real combats. Also, traditional wrestling is still popular in North Vietnam where they still compete in annual village festivals. I also know that Hue has some styles practiced by palace guards or soldiers in ancient time.
