A TRADITION OF COMBAT

Our fighting system is a combination of over 6,000 years of martial arts tradition, further enhanced by modern strength training, flexibility and performance techniques used by elite athletes and Olympians.

Choi Lee Fut has survived through the centuries as an effective and lethal fighting system, and Bamboo Kung Fu does not believe in throwing out traditional techniques and replacing them with modern systems just for the sake of it.

Our training style is a mix of hardcore old-school training and modern-day sports science. We teach you defensive and offensive techniques of traditional Choi Lee Fut for practical application in modern day combat.

Strength, Stamina, and Flexibility

A martial artist is only as good as his strength, stamina, and flexibility. Each class is designed to develop these traits, using scientifically sound exercises derived from the analysis of global training philosophies of elite athletes in Eastern and Western Europe, China, the United States, and Canada. These techniques were carefully studied for their ability to enhance punching, kicking, and grappling.
