Get your workout on and experience a dramatic improvement in your physical ability to defend yourself.
Your kickboxing class entails one hour of non-stop punching, kicking, jumpkicking and falling techniques to turn you into a lean, mean fightin' machine.
You'll get:

Punching techniques
Kicking techniques
Various jump kick techniques
Falling techniques i.e. rolling fall techniques
Punching pads

Partner work outs
This intense physical training includes plyometric or explosive power exercises to really enhance your striking ability.
Then, once that's all done, you'll be begging for the cool down - a series of flexibility stretching routines.

Fee: $260.00 for 24 classes. Missed classes can be made up within 6 months from date of sign-up.
Men and women are welcome. Each participant will receive an overall fitness assessment including body fat and weight evaluation, totally free.
