Sifu Kin Sze is the chief instructor at Bamboo Kung Fu School, a leading Toronto martial arts school. With a martial arts career spanning close to two decades, Kin once reigned as one of Canada’s leading Sanshou and traditional forms competitors, receiving a number of awards at national and international competitions, such as the Canadian National Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing) Team Selection and the 2004 First World Traditional Wushu Festival in Zhengzhou, China.

Kin Sze is dedicated to promoting the traditional Choi Lee Fut style he learned while under the tutelage of the illustrious Grandmaster Paul Chan (1932-2012). Without corrupting the essence of time-honoured traditions, his certification as a Poliquin International Level 1 Strength Conditioning Specialist allows him to combine a superior power/strength building segment that compliments a solid foundation of pure Choi Lee Fut. He also holds coaching certifications in Sanda / Sanshou, issued from the governing body in Beijing, China.

Kin Sze is a Can-Fit-Pro certified Personal Trainer Specialist with Standard First Aid and CPR (Adults, Children and Infants) certification issued by Toronto Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Drew teaches the pre-Foundation kung fu classes at Bamboo Kung Fu, downtown location. With martial arts experiences spanning a little less than 10 years, Drew comes to us with more than 5 and half years of Thai kickboxing (Muay Thai) experience. With his full time career as a website designer, Drew is always keen on learning more and improves his martial arts knowledge. He is currently a senior member at Bamboo Kung Fu training under Sifu Kin Sze.

He appreciates the importance of being physically active and doing so by learning martial arts that he truly enjoys learning and sharing it with others. From a young age, Drew has been living a physically active lifestyle. He has been an a track and field athlete in school, rock-climbing, soccer, volleyball, snowboarding, weight lifting, Spartan Race.

His believes in coaching / guiding all his students including new students to perform good technique to leverage their techniques to for great effect and minimize injuries.
